When it comes to Spirit Guides or Guardian Angels, it is incredible to really begin observing the relationship you have with these messengers and their messages! Just like our own families on the physical plane, they are very much an extension of ourselves and we of them. Just as you may have your mother's eyes and your father's nose, your guardians and connections in the spirit world will resemble all the different personalities and traits you contain within yourself. Ascended Masters, Gods, Goddesses, Deities, Spirit Guides, Archangels etc. are not so much seeking our never-ending praise and devotion, but wish for us to recognize the divinity we see so easily in them, within ourselves. Always with a common message of, I am you and you are me, but it is often easier to listen to the universal wisdom we contain from an outside identity.
We often doubt our own knowing, because society teaches us that humanity and imperfection discredits the presence of divinity.
Have you ever seen a picture of yourself and thought, "That's me? That's what I look like? I had a real different perception." And that's just our physical state right?! So think about how hard it is to perceive our own divinity from a deeply wounded state at times right? That's what these guides are here to help us with.
To keep things simple, as our spiritual connections can fluctuate and change just like our social circles, I'm gonna use the term guides as a blanket term.
Whatever wound or belief is causing us to separate from our divinity, our guides will assist us in understanding and navigating it from a higher panoramic view so we can open another door to love. So to make it real real quick and easy, no matter how powerful or highly intelligent it may
seem, if assistance or insight you or another person receives from the unseen doesn't clear a path to love, you can probably toss it out.
So let's crack into this! Get your pen or pencil ready to take some notes on yourself and your connections as you answer the following questions.
-Do you already hear from and communicate with your guides often?
-If not, what is the first answer that comes to mind when you ask yourself why you can't achieve communication with them?
-How do they appear/feel/smell/sound/ to you?
-Are they any objects, numbers, scents, songs, etc. that show up when you feel their presence?
-When do you first remember communicating with them?
-How do they make you feel about yourself as a whole, warts and all?
-When making decisions, is it more of a collaboration or do you strictly follow their lead? -What is their usual tone?
- Do they sound like anyone you know?
- Do their messages come through with urgency and impatience, or calm and reassurance?
Now, when answering these questions did any of your descriptions sound familiar to your own internal dialogue or any relationships you've had?
Has the tone or delivery of these messages changed at all throughout your life? What else in your life was also shifting?
Just like we all have different relationships, boundaries, and internal dialogues, our connections with the unseen worlds will have their very own fingerprint.
Learning to see your connections and communication with your guides and the unseen world just like any other relationship will help immensely to see that it is all opportunities for learning and growth!
