About Me

I began my career in the healing arts as a Massage and Bodywork Therapist in 2008, studying, practicing, and assistant teaching in multiple healing modalities and spiritual traditions.

But after being diagnosed with multiple autoimmune disorders and coming to terms with my own childhood trauma and family history of narcissistic, sexual, and religious abuse, I had to recalibrate. With time, by listening to my own intuition and rebuilding my internal framework, all aspects of my health and relationships improved dramatically, and I realized there was so much more I could offer.

From a lifetime of receiving therapy, coaching, and healing assistance myself, I know an integral part of the healing process is not about being told what needs to be fixed, but being seen, heard, and understood.

I've found that healing and growth is a natural process that begins to take shape and build momentum as soon as we provide a conducive environment.

Whether you're working through trauma, anxiety, or depression. Building or restructuring your spiritual beliefs. Dreaming up and taking on creative endeavors. Or simply need a space to celebrate without apologizing and speak without worrying you may leave in a straight jacket. I'm here to provide a conducive environment for transformation and help you create that same environment within yourself.
