So let’s revisit the basics.

The same way our hair stands on end or we feel a shiver up our spine when a spirit is near… our eyes will squint in order to perceive something that our body intuitively knows is a great distance away.

And when we’re a great distance away, it’s not prime time to try and be understood deeply and to communicate complex things.

We can wave our arms, flash a light, or use smoke signals, and that’s about it.

Revisit and revise your numbers from the visualization.

This is your system of measurement to honor yourself and others.

To hold compassion for yourself and others exactly as you are.

We are all living in our own personal experience of reality, and what is common sense and within the framework of reality for one of us, for another it may be like trying to read the fine print on a business card across a football field.

One of the most important things to continuously practice as deep feelers is remembering that what we feel from others is often their own timidness as they tiptoe the boundaries of their own minds and hearts.

It is not ours to internalize and connect to our own worth and identity.

It just is.

Otherwise we can easily interpret others running from the sound of us as proof that we are monsters to be feared and keep ourselves quiet and hidden in the dark as a precautionary kindness to humanity.

When living at the bottom of a pit of fear and pain, everything and everyone is a great distance away.

So when you recognize someone who always has their eyes squinted and their their face contorted in skepticism?

It’s not because you’re scary necessarily, but every visitor looks like a monster to someone afraid in the dark.

In order to receive from the nonphysical, we have to breathe, loosen our grip, and set aside our own expectations.

In order to be truly seen and heard by others? We have to stop trying to reach unreachable people. We have to stop shrouding ourselves in false personas we hope will make us visible.

It takes practice.

And just like receiving messages from the nonphysical? It’s different every time in every situation.

But when we trust in the process?

We lean into the assistance that’s always there for us.

We allow the unseen intelligence of the universe to work its miracles and move things into focus.

Our lives shift in ways we didn’t know was possible and we experience much more wonder, empowerment, and clarity in both physical and nonphysical experiences.
